Duration: 3 years + 1 Year Internship
The Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Anaesthesia and Operation Theatre Technology course involves the study of the concepts and principles of the physical and chemical agents, chemical composition, techniques, equipment, and dosage of anaesthesia required during medical and surgical operations directed by healthcare physicians.
BSc Anaesthesia and Operation Theatre Technology also involve the study of the concepts and principles of the functioning, management, and maintenance of the operation theatre. Special training related to monitoring and observation of patients and sterilization of surgical equipment is provided to ensure that candidates demonstrate accuracy, hygiene, precision, and attention to detail. Eligibility:
- The candidate should have passed higher secondary (10+2) or equivalent with 50% total marks
- Must have studied Physics, Chemistry, Biology studied together and passed in English individually in class 12th.
- The minimum age for admission shall be 17 years on 31st December of the year of admission and the maximum age limit shall be 35 years.
